At Sage our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner .Feel free to ship your products using your own shipping source from our central warehouse. We provide flat rates for shipping across India.

You will receive your order anywhere from 10-15 days from the date your order is shipped.Sage Living is not responsible for delay in shipment due to any Natural disaster, Socio-economic factors or Political situation (Bandh,strikes etc.).


Our product fees cover the processing, handling and packaging of your order. Delivery fees are not included.

  •       Truck Delivery charge is a flat rate based on two factors: (1) the distance from our warehouse to your location, and (2) the amount of your overall order (in CBM).
  •       Available for 28 states and 8 Union territories across India.
  •       Above does not apply for International orders. Get in touch with our team for information related to international shipments.


It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.


Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery, we ask that you take receipt of them within the same day. At the time of scheduling, please notify of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. An authorized individual must be present during your scheduled delivery to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.

Off-loading the truck and moving products to the desired locations and labour has to be arranged from customer end. Sage Living does not take responsibility for off-loading and assembly of furniture. However, all the required assembly instructions for our knock down products will be provided.


Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices are subject to change due to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Delivery rates are subject to change.


Oversized, extremely heavy or fragile items cost more to ship and handle and require additional delivery support, thus incurring a surcharge.

Once delivered, returns or exchanges due to preference or any other reason cannot be accepted with the exception of manufacturing defect. Sage Living Home and Decor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchange of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or mis-handling by the client.

Your orders are submitted for production immediately upon order confirmation and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed, the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel your order prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Upon return, your item will be inspected. Exchange and refund will be initiated for the purchase price in case of manufacturing defect. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects.


Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.


Final sale items and clearance items, as well as any items purchased at Sage Living warehouse sales, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.


Once the order is confirmed, they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Any changes need to be addressed within 24 hours of business working day. For any changes in specifications of the orders like finishes, materials etc., prices are subject to change.
