Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of our Delivery services. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery information, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and requested to not make the purchases through our platforms. You agree to be bound by the terms contained on our platform.
- At Sage, we aim to ship our products quickly and safely. When you order from our website, all the ready-to-ship products including furniture, lighting, and mirrors take about 7-15 days to deliver. For bespoke products, we take 60-120 days to deliver.
- We ship anywhere within India.
- We also ship internationally. To know more about international shipping and export, kindly write to us directly at support@sageliving.in.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours.
- Before making payments on our platform, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete, and accurate information of the address and any failure in delivering our products due to the wrong address and information provided by the User shall not hold Sage Living liable.
- Our working days are Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6.30 pm excluding festivals and holidays. We or our logistics partners do not offer 24/7 assistance.
- Sage Living partners with third-party logistic service providers to deliver the product to their Users. The User will also be provided with an estimated date of delivery and details of the delivering partner of the purchased product on the order delivery and tracking email.
- A maximum of two attempts will be made by our delivery personnel to deliver the order. If the User continues to remain unavailable after two attempts, Sage Living reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Users are requested to arrange for their manpower to get high volume and large products to the higher floors and areas without service lift access. The responsibility of our logistics partners to deliver the large products is restricted to the ground floor or maximum first floor of the building.
- For the safe transit of our products like fragile items, a few of them are packed with wooden crates for securing the product during multi handling. The customer should open the goods themselves or with the help of a professional and inspect the same. Any defect or damage must be reported to the delivery person and to be addressed to Sage Living customer care along with pictures at support@sageliving.in within 48 hours. The description of defect/damage should be mentioned on the Challan/ Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Please note that the Delivery Personnel is not obliged or authorized to open the furniture or packages. Please note that their duty is to deliver the goods to the customer, and they are not directly employed with Sage Living. You are requested to cooperate with them and not force them to open the crates, packages, etc.
- From the date of delivery confirmed, for the first 10 days, holding your order at our warehouse will not be charged, thereafter charges will apply as per the volumetric weight of the product as mentioned below.
- 0 to 50kgs: Rs 50 per day + GST
- 50 to 100kgs: Rs 70 per day + GST
- 100 to 150kgs: Rs 100 per day + GST
- Above 150 kgs: Rs 150 per day + GST
- Sage Living is not responsible for delays in shipment due to reasons which are beyond our control which is mentioned below. Further Sage Living disclaims all liabilities that may arise in account to inform the User of forecasted delays in delivery of the purchased products on the platform. Sage Living shall be under no obligation to compensate for such delays.

Bespoke Order Delivery
Our product fees cover the processing, handling, and packaging of your order. Delivery fees are not included.
- Truck Delivery charge is a flat rate based on two factors: (1) the distance from our warehouse to your location, and (2) the amount of your overall order (in CBM).
Preparing For Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and corners into the desired location.
What To Expect On Delivery day?
Once you are notified that your order is ready for delivery, we ask that you take receipt of them within the same day. At the time of scheduling, please notify me of any special requirements necessary to ensure successful delivery. An authorized individual must be present during your scheduled delivery to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery challan.
Off-loading the truck and moving products to the desired locations and labor has to be arranged from the customer end. Sage Living does not take responsibility for off-loading and assembly of furniture. However, all the required assembly instructions will be provided along with our packaging and will also be available on our website.

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices and other information. All prices are subject to change due to any applicable taxes, increase in raw material prices according to state and local laws. Delivery rates are subject to change.
Delivery Surcharges
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the packing requirements, size, weight, and destination of your shipment.
- Oversized, extremely heavy, or fragile items cost more to ship and handle and require additional delivery support, thus incurring a surcharge.

- Products purchased on sageliving.in including furniture, mirrors, lighting, and décor cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed except for manufacturing defects. Sage Living Home and Decor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchange of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or mishandling by the client.
- All the products to be returned with the original packaging, including the price tag, assembly instructions, hardware if included.
- All our products go through quality control at various stages of the product cycle, and we carefully inspect each product before dispatching. Should you discover a manufacturing defect in our furniture, please write to us at support@sageliving.in by sharing detailed pictures of the product. Sage Living in due course will repair or replace the product or refund within 15 working days of receiving the damaged product at our warehouse.
- We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. In case of any defects, client must notify Sage at support@sageliving.in within 48 hours along with pictures.
- Before placing the order, we encourage our customers to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture that is ordered fits into the entryway and rooms as any merchandise that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway cannot be canceled or exchanged.
- Products damaged due to normal wear and tear cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
- Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects.
- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
Final sale items and clearance items, as well as any items purchased at Sage Living warehouse sales, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Change Of Mind
Once the order is confirmed, they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Any changes need to be addressed within 24 hours of business working day.
Bespoke Design
Our Bespoke furniture is customized as per your specifications. We procure raw materials and begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy
Sage Living www.sageliving.in may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
Note
- There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and SAGE LIVING reserves the right to restrict orders of those items. In case of a replacement offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation in the current order (example Upholstery, Finish, Colour etc), new order or a different product.
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance, 3rd party logistics processes or due to Act Of God.\
