What is the minimum order quantity?
We sincerely believe every retail set up requires one product on display to ensure accurate Customer feedback and carefully analyze sales data. Therefore, our minimum order quantity in common is five independent sets for collections and five pieces each for separate products.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed, they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Returns or exchanges due to preference or any other reason cannot be accepted with the exception of manufacturing defect. Click here to check our return and exchange policy.
What are the terms for payment?
Currently we offer only offline payment services. The order is processed upon receiving 50% advance. The shipping timeliness is calculated on receipt of advance.
What is the lead time for order and shipping?
Our lead time for production typically varies from 60-90 days, depending on the products. We ship across India. For domestic orders shipment may take up to 10 business days. We charge a flat rate for trucks for orders ranging from 20 to 50 CBM. It varies for international orders.
