Returns & Exchange Policy
- Products purchased on sageliving.in including furniture, mirrors, lighting, and décor cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed except for manufacturing defects. Sage Living Home and Decor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchange of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or mishandling by the client.
- All the products to be returned with the original packaging, including the price tag, assembly instructions, hardware if included.
- All our products go through quality control at various stages of the product cycle, and we carefully inspect each product before dispatching. Should you discover a manufacturing defect in our furniture, please write to us at email@example.com by sharing detailed pictures of the product. Sage Living in due course will repair or replace the product or refund within 15 working days of receiving the damaged product at our warehouse.
- We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. In case of any defects, client must notify Sage at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours along with pictures.
- Before placing the order, we encourage our customers to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture that is ordered fits into the entryway and rooms as any merchandise that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway cannot be canceled or exchanged.
- Products damaged due to normal wear and tear cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
- Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects.
- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
Final sale items and clearance items, as well as any items purchased at Sage Living warehouse sales, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Change Of Mind
Once the order is confirmed, they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Any changes need to be addressed within 24 hours of business working day.
Our Bespoke furniture is customized as per your specifications. We procure raw materials and begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy
Sage Living www.sageliving.in may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
- There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and SAGE LIVING reserves the right to restrict orders of those items. In case of a replacement offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation in the current order (example Upholstery, Finish, Colour etc), new order or a different product.
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance, 3rd party logistics processes or due to Act Of God.
